1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using AndorraOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Legal Entity
AndorraOS is a service provided by ASCII LLC, a company registered in the United States. Certain operational, technical, and support services related to AndorraOS may be performed by affiliated entities, including 0xdev SL, a company registered in Andorra.
3. Service Overview
AndorraOS provides secure document storage, organization, and sharing features for personal and business use. We may improve, update, or remove features over time.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the files and information you upload. We only process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.
7. Shared Access
You are responsible for any share links or permissions you create. Anyone with a valid link may access the shared content until that link expires or is revoked.
8. Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Security Disclaimer
While we implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, we do not guarantee absolute security of stored data or that unauthorized access will never occur.
10. Backups and Data Loss
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data when appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unavailability.
11. Availability and Warranty
AndorraOS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect security, or that the platform will always be error-free.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for your content, all rights, title, and interest in AndorraOS, including the software, branding, design, and related materials, remain our property or the property of our licensors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AndorraOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
14. Suspension for Abuse
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to the service, content, or shared links at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, security risk, or harmful behavior.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including if these Terms are violated, continued access creates risk, or we are required to do so by law.
16. Fees and Subscription
Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. ASCII LLC does not store full payment information. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
17. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party services, infrastructure providers, authentication services, storage providers, and integrations to operate AndorraOS. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or acts and omissions. This includes payment processing services such as Stripe.
18. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
AndorraOS provides software tools for document storage, organization, and sharing. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay, failure, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, governmental action, or failures of third-party services.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AndorraOS and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
